Working Principle of wood chips rotary drum dryer 

The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried. Rotary dryer is used to dry slag, clay, limestone, It is mainly used for cement, chemical, metallurgical, building materials industries. Its advantages are as follows: high dry capacity, smooth rotation, low energy consumption, easy operation, high output and so on.

Feed cooler machine

Feed cooler is one of the key machine in feed pellet production line.The counter flow cooler is used to cool the hot pellets,about 3-5 degreed higher than room temperature. With special coercive discharging system,it can be used in all kinds of raw material.The unique structure of the cooling system, relative movement between cooling air and materials, make the pellet forward step by step to cool.

The counter flow cooler working principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets.

The temperature of the pellet after cooling is not higher +3-5 ℃ than room temperature,and the cooling times is not less than 6-10 mins.

The counter flow cooler is mainly used in the cooling system of feed pellet production line or biomass wood pellets production line.
