Large Capacity Hammer Mills

Hammer mills are such equipment to reduce the size of wood chips to wood dust. When making wood pellets or briquettes, you possiblely will need one hammer mill if your raw material are wood chips,straws, stalk, tree branches and etc.

Straw, stalks or other biomass are shredded and pulverized by hammers over and over again till they are small enough to go through the screen. The finished size of the material can be set up and adjusted by using the appropriate changeable screens.

Double Crane Machinery has inexpensive hammer mills to work with small pellet presses. They are either powered by electric motor or diesel engine, or even both electric and diesel engine on one machine.
